While a family run business, the idea originated from space enthusiast, technology geek & Y2K designer, Merrick.   We spent several months in experimentation to ensure all our products are prepared to the highest quality.  Serial entrepreneur and mom, Cynthia rolled up her sleeves and helped to launch the business, along with Desi's skill sets in addressing foundational elements.  We focus on pushing the envelope and bringing new items to market almost weekly, with a freeze-dried range of candies, cookies, fruits ,herbs and seasonal vegetables.

We utilize the same process that NASA uses for it's astronaut food and make it available to your family and friends.
